@atem7 I mean, it can still somewhat consistently summon Cyberdark End Dragon. What lot of decks lack ways to get rid off currently, so that's something I suppose...

People sleeping on Cyberdark End Dragon. I got my Cyberdark deck to master 5. Had to throw Verte Anaconda in to get through Diamond.

Cyber dragon is a going 2nd deck and can't perform well as a going 1st since they don't have many negate protection, it's more of a boardbreak deck that's focused on removing problematic cards with destroy and fusing effect. Duality is a good tech for the deck since you can swap out your cybers for another one for extra attack or for dodging negate effects and clockwork night is a fantastic card in this deck since it lets you fuse into chimeratech by making all monsters on field into machines while buffing yours and debuffing your opp's atk and def

Cydra main here, and yes still waiting for clockwork night.

“by spell card or effect” means by spell card or by spell effect, cartesia isn’t a spell. also it draws equal to the number of monsters used from the hand (1 in this case) with a max of 2 not 3
