I've been running an Anavar cycle only now for 8 weeks at 25mg. I'm getting slow but nice gains. Lean muscle for sure, though I feel great, and my blood work has been relatively stable through out so far. I'm making it a full 12 weeks and then going off. I personally say all you need is Anavar if you're looking for that beach body,... for men and women. I do feel safe and comfortable using this.

This is by far the best video on Var. I was on 10 mg for five weeks. I had to stop due to my voice started to change. thankfully, I stopped in time and was able to stop verbalization. It also threw my lipids out of whack, a bit. It was amazing for strength gains, no fat loss. However, my strength (and I put on a little bit of muscle) was incredible. I felt like superwoman!! 💪🏼💪🏼💖

I've bought the at home tests, and as you said the anavar always turned out to be tbol or dbol. Could you possibly make a video about the at home tests for instance discussing their accuracy, your experiences with them etc. My "primo" and "anavar" always turn out to be eq and tbol or dbol when I test them. The forum bros constantly bad mouth the tests, but I have only ever had good experiences with them. I'm sure others are curious and would benefit from it. While the difference from anavar to tbol may be negligible, the difference from anavar to dbol is not.

Great video Steve, was hoping you'd also touch on hair loss as Anavar is described both as being hair safe and one of the worst for hair loss. I know it's a DHT derivative which is an immediate red flag, that said the low doses and people run might be the reason it's sometimes described as hair safe. Another question - what about running HCG + Anavar for those who want to dabble but don't want to commit to a test base because of the PCT?

Yeah, 5 months solo run with Anavar sounds crazy until you remember the days when you ran Superdrol solo for a year straight because you didn't know something from GNC could fuck up the rest of your life.

Anavar at 20 mg. per day worked wonders for me as far as pump, strength and hardness of the muscle but it also gave me terrible heartburn... Not sure if this a common side effect but it was for me.

After 9 years clean, I've used Test cyp, Pnp, proviron and tbol as a male at 25 years of age in cycles for about 2 years. I noticed mostly quicker and thicker beard growth and some shedding. All of these dissapeard after about a year of any cycle. I did start developing varicose veins after stopping cycles. But did retain some bulk/mass years after.

I ran 12.5 milligrams for 2 weeks, 25 milligrams for 2 weeks, then 50 milligrams for 2 weeks, and didn't really feel 50 was necessary. My next cycle will be just 12.5 until I feel the need to go to 25, and won't go any higher

Steve, I dont know what a spamming message is but have you heard of anyone getting hiccups from Anavar? I"m right at two weeks and got hiccups for two straight days now. I dont know what else could be causing them and hoping they just go away. Workouts are going great though. This is on top of my 160mg a week of Test Cyp. My clinic says not possible. In past 7 years Ive used iran hormone ( I loved the way you pronounced the brand name correctly 😍) and you can buy it easily as a local from pharmacy if you know the owner and if he’s ok with bodybuilding usage of steroids. And we do have anadrol 50 ( oxymetholone ) test E and low dose deca. Pharma grade GH is like 7 usd per 30iu but it’s harder to find cuz it’s so much cheaper and 2iu of it gives you a full dry hook hand in the morning 😂

So im currently on 150mg cypionate weekly split into 2 shots for my trt. Legit trt not wanting to randomly cycle like so many people these days lol. Ill be adding 75mg weekly deca and looking at adding anavar at 25mg daily split into two doses morning and night for 6-8 weeks to see how i respond. Currently at maintanace around 2300-2400 calories, 5'10" tall and 171lbs decently lean. No plans to do a serious bulk but will increase calories a little bit after the anavar and run test/deca only through the winter and add anavar back in come spring when i plan to cut down a little again. Bit of trial and error to see how i respond. Really need it for joint issues and general healing properties.

When I took anavar at 20mg a day it made me very very tight. My biceps specifically felt very tight like they were going to burst. A weird feeling. I titrated down to 12mg a day and it was better but I didn't get great results. My IGF-1 only went up to like 160 something. I'm now 8% body fat. So I may give it another cycle.

Ive taken Anavar only cycles from Nova labs and for the first 3 days, i get a really nice pre work out effect. After that i still have an increased amount of endurance and make substantial strength gains. At 30mg i do get some hair thinning after the 8 week mark but my hair recovers afterwards. Best part, no need for pct. My levels seem to recover in about a week.

I have run var off and on for at least 7 years. Never ran more than 50mg but my bloodwork always has come back mint.

Hard Var-Pumped Bulky Double 💪 to support the algobolone.

I have done 2 cycles of anavar the results were remarkable my only complaint is waiting almost a month coming from Sweden
