For volleyball players my coach does this really helpful drill. You get a partner and she hits at you ,tips ,or gives free balls that are far away and you have to run to. You have to get 2 touches (between you and your partner)on the ball 5 to 10 times before your turns over. It’s really helpful and tiring but it’s fun

chicos fresas al fin alguien habla español por sierto ya me subcribi a tu canal es interesante pero.. si te gusta el voley te recomiendo la serie Haikyuu!! es de voley y esta en español no tendras q leer nada si te gusta la serie ¿podrias subirla a tu canal? desde la primera temporada hasta la cuarta q saldra este septiembre si haces eso te consigooo 2 subcriptores mas jaja sueno comó una mafiosa pero... piensalo bien ☺ chauuu si quieres te promeciono un poco se en donde para q tengas mas subcrip 😀

I suggest yoo practice on a beach. Its so unsteady in the sand that when u finally get use to it and u transition back to indoor your footwork, balance and recieves will be on point

Now I know why my high school team sucked. We had absolutely no defence and we did none of these drills. Our coaches were always focused on the setters and offence.
