Gotta say, these deserts look pretty blend. You can find better ones in most regular shops around Europe. I get it, they look prepped really professionel. But the first one? Whipcreame and cake dough, and strawberries. Nothing else.....

Ive always wondered how youtubers like this convince businesses like this to allow them inside to film. Does anyone know why they add alcohol to the whipped cream? Is it for flavour or shelf stability or something?

Just for flavor. People usually put liquor in the cake batter, the alcohol burns off but you can still taste the flavor of the liquor, but I never seen liquor added to whipped cream… I hope it’s just an extract and if there’s real liquor in the whipped cream, don’t let the kids eat it! Lol
