Great advice! I had a lot of hair fall after Covid, around 110-150 strands per day. I tried different hair care products like serums, oils, capsules, and gummies, but they didn't work. Then, I did some research and made lifestyle changes that helped me. First, I added more protein-rich foods to my diet and cut down on white flour and sugar. Second, I did warm-up exercises to improve blood flow. Lastly, I switched to a natural hair shampoo, conditioner, and hair oil to control hair fall. Once a week, I massage the hair oil for 5 minutes and wash it off in the morning. Sometimes, I mix rosemary oil in it for better hair growth. Now, I only lose 10-15 strands of hair per day, which is normal. If you or anyone you know has excessive hair fall, I suggest trying these tips - they might work for you too!

from 1month ago I used curd Really it works very well for split ends damage hair but I don't use it on scalp only I used on length of the hair because if I used on the scalp my hair fall starts from two weeks then I used it on the length of the hair I see the very good difference

had burnt my hair while lighting diya this Diwali so had lot of split ends and frizzy hair. First i chopped the ends and then used the spa suggested (the salon was asking for 1800 after discount:/). Coming back to comment again. I use a similar mixture but use egg yolk as egg white makes the hair brittle and hair breaks when the egg white hardens it.
