Got the Mini 4 Pro around Thanksgiving and just love it! Works so great. I have it in as a compliment to my a Mavic Air 2. Makes for fun and great video, especially considering the latest firmware upgrade.

I bought the Mini 4 Pro as soon as it was released, I was torn between the AIR 3 & M4P but I already had 3 plus batteries and 2 regular batteries. For my Mini 3 Pro, so the cost for spare batterys was the deciding factor. I currently own the DJI FPV Drone, AIR 2S, Mini 3 Pro with RC, & Mini 4 Pro with RC 2. I'm fairly certain I'm going to sell my AIR 2S & Mini 3 Pro & buy the AIR 3. I also have the Integra goggles and Motion 2 Combo for my Mini 3 Pro. Thank God DJI finally updated the M4P to be compatible with the goggles, I was getting worried that they weren't going to.

N1 or RC right beside the big red button for pics/vids, your options are there. Basically like the Mini 2, you just draw a green square around your subject. Theres a channel called "the drone creative" that has a lot of tips. I love taking pics too, but once you have the goggles, you lose a lot of features as the Goggles are a 1000X more fun.

I have a question what is the best drone under a 100 dollars that I can fly inside and outside that fast and can do a lot of cool tricks and I don’t really care about the best camera just one that I can use for fun with 3 batteries

Do you think a dji mini 4 (non pro) will release next year? im looking forward to buy a dji mini 3 but its a year old and i think i could get a better version of it at the same price in the future

There is no confirmed release date for the DJI Mini 4 as of now. It's speculated that it might be released around mid to late 2024, based on DJI's previous release patterns.

@@DEADIKATED i would say yes of course, should be… Just update your controller and drone to latest software, after that start all 2 things… Rc and drone, go in the settings on the rc, look for 120m max height, there is a button above to unlock..

Had a dji mavic pro ultimate. Would not buy again. App sucks, hand controller connection defective. Smudge on the left top corner on every photo i took, needing to photoshop it out. Sending it back and paying for the cost was no option. They should pay. Why should a customer be burdened with anu cost for a defective product? After a few years hand controller connection totally failed. Chuck the darn thing in the bin. Would never buy again.

Why everybody force mini types of dji drones? I don't get it.. if you love something money is not important.. I have dji air 3 and it's perfect drone, can't be compared with mini types..

I want to get the DJI Air 3 as I'm in a wheelchair and love the Omni directional avoidance as well as the sz of the drone compared to the mini pro 4. It just seems like a much more solid drone without that plastically cheaper feel. Of course, the Rc2 screen benefits someone like myself without having to use my phone anymore. It took me so much longer to get things going with my limited hand movement being a quadriplegic. $1,549 is pretty steep and I was wondering if there are any coupons available for the AIR 3. Thanks so much and keep up the good work! Nick

Just buy a Mini 4 Pro if you can afford the drone. I flow Mavic 3 Pro and Mini 4 Pro for real estate. You won't regret it.

I am so mad that my wife spent her whole tax return on getting me the mini 3 pro in the Mini 4 pro comes out 2 months later for $40 more and on top of that they don't give the mini three-pro none of the upgrades that you know they could like waypoints without hyperlapse and this smart return to home because it has front optical avoidance rear and bottom and then not making it compatible with RC2 remote. that was really upset me. I wish DJ I would let us trade it in towards the mini 4pro..

This happens to just about every DJI owner, buy the new model six months later newer model comes out with a few more options and a slightly higher price tag. At least those who buy a DJI drone today have some good options to choose from. When I started we had the mini and then mini2 that was it.

The best DJI drone is the one you leave on the store shelf so you can buy a just-as-good drone by another manufacturer, one that doesn’t geofence you or force you to comply with Remote ID. In summary, DJI sux.

@@Matanumi First, I’m not your “bruh” or your “bra”. Second, you’re seriously out of touch if you think there aren’t several drones out there that deliver DJI-like features without all their Big Brother flight restrictions. Among them is Fimi - I’ve got two X8s that don’t require RID compliance and together have 100+ flights and 850+ crash-free flight miles. You want to be a DJI fan-boy? Have at it.

Also, as of the December firmware update for the Mini 4 Pro and as of January for the Mini 3 (not yet for the Mini 3 Pro, but soon), they no longer broadcast RID when using standard batteries (
