One of the best and most valuable videos to date! I have a kennel I set up for my Mal outside for very similar use. I have now some great ideas for indoor setup which will be a huge plus due to the weather here in NW Georgia. And great point at the end .... this breed is different then most. I am just 6 months in with my male pup and no matter what training I implement there are still certain characteristics that these dogs have that you can’t force them to conform from to meet your needs.....you must adapt and be willing to meet their needs there are no exceptions. But once you figure out how the reward is priceless...and so is this video. Thank you @Maligatormom

Very good kennels for the interior. Very easy to set up. I put some on the outside, but i notice, they are starting to rot. Maybe it is because i live in the northeast, and winters are tuff. But these are very nice systems..very good video.

I found you accidentally as I was looking for Doberman training as I am a Doberman person. One of my best friends own 2 Belgium Malinois and I shared your link. She will highly enjoy learning from you as I have. I absolutely loved your crate training! Even though I have never owned a Belgium Malinois it still helps as a Doberman is a working breed as well. On another note after talking to my friend on Saturday and she telling me that a Belgium Malinois is not for everyone I was curious when I spotted your channel and I clicked it. This is great that you have shared this because this specific dog could go to someone who does not have your level of commitment it will not work. I also love your discipline with the dogs!!! I had a question for you with choosing the right Doberman from a breeder you can choose one with a lower drive. With Belgium Malinois is that the case or are they all High Drive? Just wondering as they are so smart I wonder if for someone who prefers a dog that adapts to your lifestyle but still highly smart & loyal that is how we fell in love with the Doberman Breed, would that be an option for someone wanting a Belgium Malniois? We live in NY. Did you wind up doing anything to insulate the floors? We just did an epoxy on our garage floors and 1/2 up the wall, and we use the same kennels. We will be heating the garage and we use Kuranda beds, but I can still imagine that floor being pretty cold.

Have you had any of your dogs chew to get? I have a 10x10 and one of my males tried to chew his way out, thankfully I was in the yard and seen it to stop him before he did too much damage, but I know for a fact he could chew his way out so I can’t leave him in it if I’m not outside watching. These kennels are prone to paint peeling and rusting. And this type of dog kennel is the easiest dog kennel for dogs who climb to climb out of. Even easier than chain link fence kennels.
