I have this too, gave around £90 for him and was it worth it? Yes, it's well worth it. The ONLY thing that bugged me? The cat ears on the truck mode, so, I bought the upgrade kit to remove them and looks SO much better.

I highly agree with you about the transformation of this figure. I did not expect that relatively easy transformation since I have seen the incredibly complex transformation sequences of the 3rd party versions of this. I immediately bought this one months ago since I am a big fan of this version of OP. The bunny ears doesn’t bother me as I have seen real hauler trucks that have those. Keep up the good work.

3rd party is the way to go with this one dude, just wait until unique toys makes a bumblebee prime

Lupet! I love this Prime bro, compare to much larger scale figure that have wobbly issue when transformed or in robot mode. I don't mind the cat ears, I love cats 😹 and this is better imo than the Bay verse, the classic Optimus Prime with a touch of modern style, It will be my first Optimus after 30+ years 😅 I'm also looking for the Magnificent Mecha MM-01, you should too!

Amazing review of MPM BB Movie Optimus Prime, Chefatron! I have this figure as well and yeah the transformation is a lot of fun to do despite a lot of steps.

Got super lucky here in the states. My Target store originally had it priced at $130, but I waited for clearance and it went down to $89. Decided to get it and it rang up at $40. Super excited!

I decided a long time ago that i would sell my MP's, but i am keeping my MPM Autobots, recently purchased Ratchet. I haven't transformed him yet, but his carmode is terrific. No other MP's will remain in my collection just don't like the new style...less detail and way more expensive. This one does look good, perhaps i will get it when i see it on clearance.

The cat ears kill it for me. That and the fingers. For MP I expect better.

I disagree. This does not even hold a candle against Wei Jiang's last version of this OP. As usual I see a lot of issues to this Takara toy. You even see how each part has a different shade of red and can see plastic against painted parts. It is just off putting.

I'm guessing I'll be the one who will criticize this figure 1st Arms THEY COULD TUCK AWAY the side of the Truck 2nd Truck mode Especially the front Not Very accurate if we are going to talk about licensing they could change a bit you Know what I meant since I'm a sucker when it came to trucks 3rd back of the Truck UGLY bed prefer the SS Optimus has a better frame, proper trailer hitch, and the feet are more tuck away than this MPM I don't bother the ears its Cute 4th the Head Not ShowAccurate sorry the MpM is more Skinny meh than the actual MOVIE model, 3A OR 3RD PARTY 5TH MATRIX I prefer the oval shape For a 6k Not worth it for me Sorry Studio Series, 3A ,3rdparty is more better There's a Prototype 3rd party look like 3a But more GOOD LOOKING TRUCK THE FIGURE 5/10
