Dosto mne kafi dafa dekha hai ki view jyada hote hai or like kam dosto ye bhai bahut achi video bnate hai or in video yo ko jyada tar hum paralysis jaise petient hi deakte hai like krne se video jyada circulate hoga or hum jaise petient ko fayda hoga janha pr pt ki availability nahi hai wo b iska laab otha sakte hai to bhaiyo like b Kiya kro dhanyawad

Please make a video for shoulder exercise. My father can do elbow flexion and extension when his elbow is supported but he is not able to lift his hand. Can you please make a video for such case. P.S. I am following all of your exercises and he is showing good recovery from it . Thanks a lot !

Mujhey December 2022mein brain stroke ki vjaha sey leftside ke haath aur taang mein paralysis hua tha leftside ke baaju aur taang mein strength nahi hai baahu kohni se bahar ki side nahi khulta and ghutna mudhta nahi hai chalte time jab exercise karta hun toh chalte time kabhi kabhi kandha aur taang akadhne lagta hai phir aagey kadam nahi badhaya jaata ek dum sey freez ho jaata hun aur puri body zor zor sey kaampne lagti hai

Dheere dheere modna padega taaki dard na .. ya fir thodi si garam sikayi karne ke baad movement kariye.. ya halke haath se maalish kar sakte hai.. toh tightness khatam hogi.. fir dard nahi hoga.. bohot jyada dard hone par exercise mat kariye..

I can not make cow position on bed haath par pressure deta hun toh kohni se mudh jaata hai weight le nahi pataaur left taang andar ki side ghutne se mudhti nahi hai jis kaaran se cow position ban nahi paati
