Workout Split For Muscle Growth | How To Make Your Legs Bigger
Hey guys I hope you all are doing well..
Today is day 3 of our 6 Day Split, if you have any questions About it then you can ask me in comments or DM me on Instagram..
My Workout Split
Day-1 shoulder focused push day
Day-2 biceps focused pull day
Day-3 leg and abs
Day-4 chest focuses push
Day-5 back focused pull
Day-6 triceps focused push
Day 3 Leg day
1. Squats
(4 sets of 10-15 reps)
2. Leg extensions
(4 sets of 13-15 reps)
3. Hamstring curls
(4 sets of 13-15 reps)
4. Leg press
(4 sets of 13-15 reps)
5. Calf raises
(4 sets of 30 reps)
