Crazy that this is not close to 1% jin mori shaggy rip

The whole anime was a big meh, but the animation quality and style of the fights "at least those without all that supernatural "BS" were outstanding. Kudos to MAPPA as always.

@@Yomoscis my only problem was the fucking pacing it felt like they just skipped to the fights, that's why I like the comics much more cuz it didn't just skip to shit it would actually take time away from the fights and allow you to learn about a character while this just feels more like just fighting, dragon ball Z had better pacing then this...

Yea when it's just hand to hand, it's much more satisfying since that's the basic of combat everyone is familiar with.

Lmao no way. 3 stage hoechooke (triple kick) would 100% be one of his specials. His ultimate would either be Jin Hoechooke (True round kick), Jin Mori Original: Ice Kick (Blue Dragon Tempest), or he'd go Monkey King mode and summon lightning with Nimbus - Fall: Geundoowun (Strike: Kinto-un).

No that's now how it works. This story is was rushed. Having a 2nd season wouldn't sound good if it get's rushed again.

It'd be nice to have seen it adapted all the way and not ruined. But it seems good though.

The fights in both are great but JJK has definitely gone beyond this I would say

PLEASE it had so much potential but I just couldn’t get into it because of how rushed it felt. The animation was 10/10 but everything went so fast and the plot was so inconsistent that you couldn’t even form any kind of attachment to the storyline or the characters :(

@@tam_la you should! It’s free! And it’s pretty funny with the 4th wall! Also I have noticed there is a lot of differences between the first episode in the first four episodes of the web tune. Nothing too drastic, but I heard that as the show goes on there’s a bunch of differences. Basically the anime is still a very fun and charming, but if you want more story and character the web tune is way better. Though as disappointing as the anime was I still think it’s a pretty fun anime to watch. I would even say it’s pretty good in the entertainment quality. But unfortunately I had to butchered a story.

I really hate that they cut the Mira fight with Ilpyo, when I saw that they had changed the rules for the 3v3 tournament I was pretty disappointed about all the stuff we wouldn't get to see animated, like mori bodying the entire priest team with 1hp

I think it should just be rebooted in the coming years and fix it up

Well I'm not trying to put these out as the original. The point is for the fights to be in 60fps and that's all it is. Yea it's not completely smooth and the tearing can be seen. But I state it in my description

You're trying too hard to bring realism into anime. It is anime, shit like the triple kick at 1:47 and the 4 phase attack at 2:00 are meant to be like that. If you knew some history on the sort of special move Han does, then you'd know it's the four eastern gods - tortoise, bird, tiger, dragon. There are many other shows that you can apply exactly what you're going on about and it would make any other fighting show to you look bad. If you actually watched the show all the way through, you'd know that it's not meant to be completely on the ground fighting. It also sounds like you watched this with the thoughts of it being purely martial arts only and nothing more. If you want that sort of fighting go watch Hajime no Ippo. The "superpowers" are meant to be a thing. The whole God part in the name of the show would imply that. You seem really nit-picky for a show like this. One last point, the webtoon is the better way to see the story of this show. Anime adaptation ruined it and a season 2 will highly likely never happen unless they really do decide to poorly adapt it again. If you didn't like the webtoon, The God of High School isn't for you.

Idk about you, but I prefer seeing hits make contact instead of just assuming the hits did and that it was cool. And if those flaws are intended, then that makes it worse overall, don't it? You know what nit-picky means? Cause if I'm being nit-picky, that means I'm complaining about small details unreasonably. I'm complaining about fight choreography/fighter's competency, the camera work, and the special moves. Are these small details to you? Plus I'm only mentioning a few flawed moments among a substantial many. Which would mean I'm doing the opposite of nit picking. Another flawed moment is before Jin does his three kick special. He jumps over Han, slides AWAY, camera zooms in to Jin's face, and it cuts to Jin's foot SUDDENLY sliding and flying TOWARDS Han's face. When and how did he change his momentum? Idfk. Did the camera hide it? Did the fight choreographer forget how momentum works for a bit? Idfk. I mention the energy bast because it just seemed like a sudden change. We got all these fighters whose styles are based off of real ones, and the whole fight up then looks like all the techniques are base off of irl ones, and then BAM, we get a energy bast that's supernatural. So I was trying to be rhetorical, but did it poorly since I didn't want focus on it too much, cause idc much if the fights are or aren't supposed include superpowers or not. I didn't think anyone would read so deeply into it as you did. I think you read too deep into it. Fair enough to say I'm biased, less fair to claim what my biases are. I saw a lot of praise for the fights and I wanted an detailed explanation for why it gets as much as it does, cause I think it's overhyped, but I haven't found one, so I decided to vent about it and speak my mind about the flaws I see in it. The best praise I can give it is that it has a bunch of fancy moves and it's animated well. But its shortcomings? How it displays the fighter's competency/the choreography, the camera work, the special moves which should be highlights of the fight; I can't get past these flaws. I think it's like watching a 7/10 stick fight but not with sticks. I realize the fights are good enough for some people, but it's not for me.

It's just interpolation but my version of it is not really that good. Proper 60FPS would be without the frames looking bugged but rather clean looking. Just search up about it.

I don't know about carrying when they ruined this anime.

Couple of reasons why no one goes on about it anymore. Overshadowed. Ruined adaptation if you read the manhwa. No continuation since it came out, probably never getting a season if anything. This would be talked about still if done right and had a continuation but unfortunately it does not. I enjoyed it as an anime only at least.
