Im French Filipino, i work in the restaurant, bar and production industries. I create food and travel content.

Usually a sony a7sii, cranes, dji osmo, gopro hero 5, dji mavic.
I use a 85mm, 35mm, 50mm, 10-18mm and 20-70mm lenses.

When i edit, its usually do it with Premiere Pro on a DELL XPS 15

How did you get into youtube?
I've always loved making food videos and that's how it started. KZfaq starts off as a passion. Dont get into it if you are looking to make it your job. It doesn't work that way :)
Why arent you on TV?
Because the internet is easier and its free for you guys hahaha! Also we are currently working on producing TV shows ourselves and i have some TV shows floating around.

I loooove Filipino breakfast especially the ones with the rice. You can eat it anytime of the day and even have it for dinner. It just doesn't choose any particular time! I remember when I first took a vacation in the United States. My family and I had breakfast at this hotel and going to the dining area, I remember expecting to see dishes like tapa, longganisa, bangus and rice on the buffet table but instead, I found cereal, omelettes and heaps of bread with variations of jam. I mean they're still good breakfast food but I didn't realize I was expecting Filipino food at an American hotel in the United States. hahaha

Can we all vote to make Erwan the food ambasador of the Philippines? I mean, even most of us Filipinos can't give not only that much information about our own food, but the accuracy of the information and background he can provide for foreigners so they can relate to what he is saying. Erwan, please colaborate with all of the foreign vloggers so they can fully appreciate their food experience during their visit.

It just made me feel like I wanted Sonny to have the full first time experience in trying the Filipino food because it looked like Erwan is also trying the food for the first time, eating a lot of it like that... didn't mean anything bad..i hope i expressed my concern correctly.i do appreciate Erwan's knowledge and the way he explained everything well to Sonny but man... he could've made the guy enjoy his experience. Just observe the meal at Rufo's...it looked like the two were fighting over the food. Sonny already gave a hint, right, when he called Erwan out regarding the rice. His face is saying "Let me eat/enjoy my food, man." Just my observation..
