Hi and welcome to another one of my new world guides and this particular guide is gonna teach you how to drop some amazing weapons. A fire staff, an ice gauntlet, and of course a life staff all in one, incredible value, never seen before probably 69% off only here at NexxTV the videogame guide video maker and overall fun person I wish I could stream but I can't stream funny stuff because outpost rush is absolutely destroyed and there's 0 open world pvp and I am PVP addicted, what can I do guys, it's rough when there's no content maybe amazon will sponsor me with PVP on demand like they amazon prime but this time it's gonna be new world prime. Next video probably gonna be a dungeon guide, we got 2 to go. I hope no one reads this disaster of a description.

I farm the ancient boss and the other one in the same area, so annoying sometimes they can just drop nothing even when I'm solo, had it happen like 3-4 times in a row. Same for that Grotto thorn boss in reekwater.

Is it possible to craft a staff with the 22% crit? I have the Waining Cresent schematic but I dont know how much I like the perks on it with all the lifesteal I would rather have crit.

This is good to know. Currently I use the 500 gs life staff from dynasty, but once my watermark is up higher I know I can try my luck at getting this life staff!

I also recommend the lazarus one, i think that one is probably best in slot but you need higher GS watermark too.

spear musket but i was just wearing that cause is my usual skinning gear lol, I normally run hatchet spear

Well after 20-25 kills it seems like I can't get high item level from this mob.. my watermark is in the 555-565 range and a tad lower for weapons but I get items 504-507 from luca (and i'm full luck gear just in case :D) either we need to be insanly lucky or we need a 600 watermark either way not worth it for me for now

Watermark is item type based, if you can drop 600 sword doesnt mean you can drop 600 musket :P

@@NexxPK Yes of course, but the items dropped are still way below my watermark. And you need to win 2 big rolls : 1 get the staff from the loot table (seems low chance but no idea :D) and 2 get the staff at a high item level (seems very low gieven the item level i got and of course dependant on your watermark) So for me at least untill my firestaff watermark is at 600 it's not worth it

@@FelliLoss I think it's worth once you get watermark around 550 on fire staffs imo, depends a lot on your market too but getting these perks is pretty hard and those things sell for thousands on my server

you are actually right, look's like it's not worth the time. The mob is dropping some 500 GS loot most of the time, and my drop watermark is way higher than this

is the fire staff fixed? coz I farmed him about 6 hrs , it only drop named bow called comet's light which is dex 16 int 8, 79 fire dmg and 79 thrust damage with perk Mortal Energy and Keenly Jagged....

Hello thx for the video , but I think there is a catch with this legendries in general I got the fire staff from Luca and the sword from Pit Lord but epics and GS 510. My water mark is around 550-560 for fire staff and ice gauntlet so basically I should receive higher then gs then 510 epic variant. I heard rumors that in order to get the legendry's 600 gs you need to have 591 water mark. I saw and got legendary shield gs 510-555 from the priests in myrk but I dont know how mob lvl 60 will drop you legendary 600 or even over 550. Does anyone confirm legendary drop from this named Mobs ?

Watermark is PER ITEM. The shield you dropped is named, it always drops legendary. You need to have 600gs watermark on ice fire and life weapons to drop them 600 and legendary

@@NexxPK It is not what I mean. this lvl 60 named are useless to farm as they drop 505-520 max. You will not get lvl 560-600 staff from them. Got the staff from luca x2 first one 505 second 510 so imagine if there is internal watermark for this weapons also and start from 500 :) . the other named is at least high lvl 62 and you can get items max 560 if I am not mistaken but Luca lvl 60 better skip it. So if you want lvl 580-600 variation from this items you need to farm lvl 64-66 mobs. Anything else will be epic that is caped on the mob level

@@vladoangel You are absolutely right, this video is extremely misleading, I have had the fire staff drop several times, its always at the same watermark as the rest of the loot from this guy 500 - 510. My watermark is 560. This is a waste of time, you won't get a "legendary" you will get a 504 Epic variant.

The chain lightning on the fire staff bugs out gem damage so you take a DPS loss for using it

GS you wear it has nothing to do to your GS drop, you just need to pick items from chests or mobs to make your GS drop higher.

Would it be worth to grind the ice gauntlet if i already have 465GS Frostwall with Keen and Vicious? or shall i wait until 591 GS and grind for legendary?

Imo its worth farming starting around 550 gs drop or so. Between 465 and 500 is quite a bit of a damage difference too.

@@NexxPK yes i drop fire staff arround that watermark level , but in this boss i just drop 500 , second drop was 505 so maybe you have to drop 1000 fire staff on that boss to get 600 , btw the boss is level 60 so dont know if can drop 600

I hard disagree on crit chance for healer. I've seen the impact crits have to heal over time abilities in this game, especially when you use both lifestaff and healspec voidgauntlet. There's a VG with blessed and keen. Get it and a lifestaff with blessed and keen spec for all the hots and proc'd aoe heals, then go heal and laugh your ass off.

another guy was saying he drops 504 - 507, another gut 510 while their watermark was 550 or something. I think amazon probably screwed up something again with the game and this time it's watermarks

@@vid0qu873 some are locked, i think the devs also messed with drops tho but idk is very weird. Named drops that drop for under lvl 59 drop at fixed gs while drops that drop after lvl 59 should drop between 500 and 600. Example of fixed low lvl gs would be memory of antonio

you need to drop it at 600 gs to get the legendary, below that you get epics

Be warned this video is very misleading as you will not drop the staff in 600 gs or high gs at all it will however use your watermark giving you those perks and stats at your current watermarking score. Do not spend hours farming this boss at low gs unless you really want those perks but you can easily get them on the trading post and certainly a better staff at higher gs.
