Disagree with explorer platinum. I got a sample and it seemed very synthetic bathroom cleaning lemon scent imo.

Just picked up Ralph’s Club Elixir! And OMG! Very manly and 2 sprays lasts 10+hrs on my skin! Everyone at work really enjoyed the scent! Probably my fav pickup this year! Myself is my 2nd fav!

I agree 100% designer fragrances are repetitive, nothing new or groundbreaking. Niche fragrances are worth the price based on performance and uniqueness I always feel they make you feel more confident etc

You don’t have to recommend everyone already has it it’s been majority of people signature scent this year. Someone in Zara was wearing it this past weekend and I instantly knew he was wearing it.

I got into the fragrance hobby late within the last two years. Going into the new year my buys will go literally to less than ten for the next year. I agree with the sentiment that nothing is really new under the nose. I doubt I will be getting any more designers. If there are exceptional niches then I will get the cheapie clone dupe twist, if available. That's the plan. Period.

Still on the fence for ADG parfum. It's basically neo Profumo. A base note got replaced with olibanum. Price is getting scary for a designer. Not quite Creed prices but getting there. Yikes!

Yeah adg profumo was amazing. I got it in 2021 but it was on fire. And strong. Sad thing is it seems like the entire world changed so much after Covid.

You hit the nail on the head my man. They all smell like something that has been done already. MCM sent me Onyx and wasn’t a fan, big let down. You sound let down with this whole video lol. I wanna see a 2023 top 10 niche please. I sold 90% of my designers and turned to a niche snob. I bought alot of the hard to get discontinued fragrances, Europe exclusives, top ten worthy bangers, and ATH this year. I spent alot more than I wanted too.
