Wow...didn't think i'd see the day! I tried feeding my dog the patties, but she didn't like them. maybe she'll like the freeze dried food because we actually give her freeze dried treats that won't spike her BG. Can't wait to try this!

@lizettet.7883 Just got Open Farms raw kibble & it calls for about 3-4.5 cups per day! I was feeding my year old, male, 92 lb GSD, regular dog food at 6 cups per day, so it’s shocking to give half. Also adding a bit of raw beef & green beans, as I’m just starting raw. Had better💩 after 1st time eating the new raw than ever before, so🤞🏻

Get blood work done for food allergies. It saved my girl. She was allergic to every protein except Lamb and Kangaroo 😳

What about e. coli? I was feeding raw and my vet said if our dog licks us in the mouth we could get e. coli, if they have it. And what about oxalates in spinach?

Well, all my dogs eat Bones and Co. They have for 3 years and they have always licked me in the face no problems there. However, Definitely wipe areas and wash hands after feed or handling the food. I wasn’t feeling well last month and really didn’t wash the areas as well or my hands. Therefore, I did just get out of the hospital last week and had E-coli . So, I’ll make sure I always wipe area and wash hands no matter how I feel. She explains all that In Other videos if you want to take a look. But we are not perfect that’s for sure. But in this case pay extra attention to hygiene for sure. Now, I’m not sure if this is how I got it so who knows where I got it from. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Everyone says that you can use freeze dried raw as part of their daily allowance of food for training. What is the best way to do this with rehydrating it? I nred to rehydrate otherwise it is too high of fat for my guy, but when I do that, I am not sure how to incorporate it into my training as sometimes treats are tossed or laid on areas i don't want to have to clean

I really wish I could switch my dog to raw or freeze dried raw😢 my dog is allergic to some proteins as well as squash, pumpkin, flaxseed and some fish which is literally in every raw diet.. idk if only raw bones, meat, muscle, organ is balanced but freeze dried just seems easier.😖

Look into green juju freeze dried raw diets they are limited ingredients and great for allergies.

I'm housebound due to disabilities. I can't shop at a pet store. There are no local pet stores in my area that carry Bones & Co. even if I could go to a local pet store. I would LOVE to be able to order it and have it shipped to me, to feed my service dogs/emotional support dogs, but nobody will. And I don't have anyone else that I can have pick it up for me. I have no friends, and my family is not willing to drive for hours just to pick up dog food for me. I'm not the only one who is housebound due to disabilities. I think it is incredibly discriminatory for you to only sell it through pet stores that don't ship anywhere.
