A 19 year old and a 29 year old as best friends goes to show how close Manchester City players are as a group. Most players in other teams would likely just spend time with players of around their age. Respect to Guardiola for knowing how to keep his team bonded.

City have a rotating policy on many things. Like the lockers are changed on set period to encourage bond with others. Compulsory team meals together. Always pair up 2 senior/old +1 youth /new player for gym/training /media sessions.
