i lost 9lbs from two months ago and can't stop bragging. i feel good and look good as well. eliminated sugar products, increased vegetable intake and exercise daily- i told God thank you for giving me the strength and the will power and now i'm on a journey- i asked God to wash away all of my sins and i forgave everyone who wrong me and I asked God to forgive me if I cause hurt to anyone. That's what I'm trying to do with my bbf. She always complains about her weight, n I be complaining about mines, so I suggest that we go to the gym together. She has a membership with planted fitness n never goes n she's making monthly payments. So I said girl let's go together. She says she's to tired, or don't want to leave the house, or ima just see what my boyfriend wanna do. So I left it alone n I'm going by myself

As you should! You can’t force people to want the same things that you want. I used to be a personal trainer. So many people said they want the help but when it’s time to work. They tired. Soo many excuses. I don’t personal train anymore. But I still workout. Do you love yourself? If so. Don’t worry about other people even though you love them. Go and lose the weight for yourself.
