My 300 has this problem where it runs fine outta water but it will run u see water also, but if Im full gas while racks deep the power isn’t there and almost sounds like if it’s running on chock but slow under water is on, and have 3k arm vents ran, and spar plug greased, any ideas or has your done this

check carb overflow. make sure to put a one way check valve on the ventline

@@jbccamp it’s plugged and never has gas or water in it
