For marinate:

1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp dry rosemary
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Juice of 1 medium size lemon
