To get some variety, you could create a careermode in Norway, with Rosenborg . They are without doubt the best team to play in the country, and have been for many years . Now, Norway is finally starting to get some stars of theiur own, such as Ødegaard, Håland, Berge etc., but norwegian football in itself is on a low . Eliteserien (the top division) doesn't attract talent, and that makes it uninteresting to watch . Players such as Krepin Diatta, Mame Diouf, Ødegaard, Håland, Marek Sappara, John Arne Riise, Carew, Fahrman, Obi Mikel, Solskjær, and so on. They all leave because there are better possibilities in other countries . So, the goal with the career mode, would be to bring some levels into norwegian football . My experience, is that the better i play with for example Valencia, win CL, the league etc., other teams buy better players to match my greatness . So the overall level of the league rises .
