Step1: Make sure to use an ND filter. In case you don't have one just set your shutter speed to auto. -This will give you similar results. But better order one. Linked my favorite ND filters in my linktree.
Step2: Only film in the LOG profile, if you plan to color grade your footage in post. Otherwise you won't be happy with the footage. You can find my cinematic GoPro LUT's in my linktree.
Step3: Gilm in 5.3K 8:7 25/30 instead of 4K 8:7 50/60 in case you don't wan't to slow fown your footage.
Why 8:7? -This just gives you the most flexibility when it comes to aspect ratios.
Step4: Just turn off Hypersmooth if you have a stabilisation software like GoPro Reel Steady or Gyroflow. I personally use Reel Steady to stabilise my footage. Gyroflow is a free software and gives you similar results to reel steady.
Step5: For outdoor shoots, set your ISO to 100/100. If you're planning doing indoor to outdoor flights set the ISO to 100/1600. This will give you the best results.
Step6: Set you shutter speed to the double of your frame rate. For example 4K 50fps = shutter speed 1/100. 4K 100fps = shutter speed 1/200.
Step7: Set auto whitebalance to 5500k for outdoor shots. For indoor shots just try to find the most natural setting by playing with the adjustment wheel.
Step8: Set your sharpness to low.
Step9: Get out and create💯
