सर ये बताने का कष्ट करें कि 50 बच्चे की एक क्लास को एक टाइम में पढ़ने पर पाबंधी है या 5 बच्चे पढ़कर चले गए फिर 10 और आ गए, उसके बाद 10 बच्चे पढ़कर चले गए फिर 18 बच्चे पढ़कर चले गए और नये 19 बच्चे और आ गए। ये कुल 52 बच्चे हो गए तो क्या ये गाइडलाइंस का वायलेशन है।

Abhi sirf guidelines ayi hain law nahi bana hai. Pehle bill banega, fir bill psas hokar law banega, tab ye guidelines maani jayengi. Waise to ummeed hai aisa law kabhi pass nahi hoga. Ap filhaal nishchint hokar padhaye.

कुछ नियम सरकारी स्कूलों के लिए भी बनाइए ताकि देश के बच्चो को कोचिंग जाना ही ना पड़े और फिर आपको ऐसे नियम बनाना ही ना पड़े और बड़े बड़े कोचिंग वालो को कोचिंग का धंधा चलाना ही ना पड़े । सही कहे तो कोचिंग गाइड लाइन की आड़ में सरकारी नुमाइंदों को खाने कमाने का जुगाड मिल गया है ।

Or haan agar home tuition ko allow nai karna hota to coaching ko explain hi nai Kia jata is guideline me the definition of "coaching" is provided in point 4(ii) of the document. It states, "'coaching' means tuition, instructions or guidance in any branch of learning imparted to more than 50 students but does not include counseling, sports, dance, theater, and other creative activities."

Abhi sirf guidelines ayi hain law nahi bana hai. Pehle bill banega, fir bill pass hokar law banega, tab ye guidelines maani jayengi. Waise to ummeed hai aisa law kabhi pass nahi hoga. Ap filhaal nishchint hokar padhaye.

what about the students who clear the tenth standard by the age of 15. there are many students who clear 10th std by the age of 15. They will be of 15 years when they they are studying 11th std. will they not be able to take coaching. this is injustice.

The guidelines clearly mentions that for any coaching to enroll a student, either the student is above the age of 16 years or he/she have passed the senior secondary examination (10th board exam).

कृपया इस प्रश्न का जवाब जरुर दें। 50 से कम बच्चे जो आपने बताए हैं, वह टोटल है या एक बैच के हैं। क्योंकि मैं घर पर 8 वीं से 10 वीं तक के बच्चे पढ़ाता हूं। अलग-अलग बैच में उनका योग 50 से ज्यादा हो जाता है।
