Harvard Tvedten's goal should be number one. Its an backhand twist, that's way more advanced than 360 spin with a twist.

Jochen Fraatz was the best in this discipline. He set the ball left or right next to the goalie with so much spin that the ball found its way into the goal.

Okay, I didn't know you could use the thigh to score a goal :| Regarding to moving feet, it is allowed to move the "back" foot, only the pivot foot must maintain constant contact to the ground. The Baillarina (the 360º turn) requires the tip of the foot, since it never loses contact from the ground it is legal.

As a person who has never watched or had any interest handball, after watching this video, my feelings have not changed at all.

And the follwoing is just a TIP, I don't want to blame you if you are not english: the correct word would be penalties, not penaltys( you should write every y-ending word like this: comedy/comedies).
