I find that meruem is the best assist for hiei since meruems assist has two hits it allows you to do some cool things, for example you can do a super, assist then quickly ult before the 2nd hit of meruems assist then after the ult the second part of meruems assist will land and you can do another super or combo. Also meruems assist also works if you hit someone with in then they switch, the 2nd part will hit the person they switched to and stun them. Good vid btw

Hiei afterimage side steps are fresh but if you forward step you pass your opponent and you appear behind them which is that sexy part in the first fight.

I pray people will utilize Hiei, Yusuke more than Hiei, Toguro. Hiei's damage is too much for someone to be playing defensive, side step, and call Toguro into a 70% unawakned combo.

Team suggestions: Do Hiei, Toshiro and Asta. The shorty team. Hiei:3 triangle at the last triangle ask for assistance then R2 Triangle then R2 Square R2 Cricle

Just so you know if you charge hiei’s first ability it connects into ult found this out while playing around and if catch them in an assist you have time to charge it or at least it works with Aizen

Glad you're here. I was doing 5 light hits, 2 heavy, sword of darkness, slash, assist (meruem) to purgatory and doing no damage thinking hiei was weak when really I'm just a scrub

I feel the same way. A lot of them are impractical or hard to land though, so their not worth learning. Some of them are definitely good though. I’ve been sleeping on advanced tech in general and only focusing on combos.
