Vineet ji bought a DT-51 Obage after your truview -fantastic output but lots of hysteris noise after about 1hr of usage when the transformer heats up-the transformer has also been changed once-Obage really needs to work on their product longevity

I own an old model obage mt600, i can tell that obage has superb sound quality. But in 2022 you are giving a product without Hdmi(Arc), this is completely nonsense. What kind of home theater it is without HDMI Arc? If obage has to stay in competition then they have to add more connectivity options . They are still using this ages old control panel with red digits which we first saw in the very first models of Obage speaker systems. Update yourself, customers want modern features and good looks in the sound systems.

Obage's products are mostly stereo whereas hdmi arc is needed for surround sound. If you are looking for sound clarity, optical input is sufficient. Apart from remote control via hdmi cec, it is not much of a deal breaker.

Nice comparison 👏. But ht244 comes with 4.1 and no center channel. Center channel is important to hear dialog from the screen placement right?

@@AnupamDubey05 it's really good, with perfect bass. Not too much neither too low. Specially for watching movies, as the voice ll be very clear, unlike other speakers where the bass actually distorts the voice.

Lately , your videos about home theatres are feeling more like an advertisement rather than a review, please also talk about the after sale service and overall longevity of the product . A lot of people said that obage does not have good service outside of delhi and that their product fail often after a period of use !

Obage has some quality issues. I have a DT Avantis which stopped working after 2 months. It took a month to get it repaired but again stopped working after a week. It took another month in repairing , worked for around 10 months and it has stopped working again. IC issues and woofer problem is prevalent. The speakers are good in the price range but I won't recommend anyone to buy as they keep on malfunctioning.

Please review edifier s350db and compare that to 5.1 home theatre systems provided in that budget range. Probably edifier sounds better than those speakers!

Purchased dt-31 after watching your review and hearing the downloaded music samples.. Received on Sunday.. Returning on Wednesday.. Very bad sound clarity.. The equaliser settings...WORST.. I was searching for treble in these two days... The system I got has L sound signature.. Low and mids on side, highs at bottom.. I own obage HT-101 with Good clarity. 8/10.. But for dt-31 I got 2/10.. I was lucky that I could return IT..

I purchased dt31 in May 2023. But the bass speaker got damaged one year later and the warranty was only for 6 months so it was out of warranty. I contacted the customer care and they are sending a new bass speaker free of cost even after a year. I have to get it repaired from the market but they are kind to send me the speaker. Its a nice experience and nice sound quality.

Bought Obage DT2425 (Black Jack) speakers Nov 5th, 2019. During the month of July, 2022, the speakers started showing problems after running for some time. Hissing noises etc., figured out that the heatsink inside wasn't sufficient enough to dissipate all the heat produced leading to the speaker's malfunction. I stay in a remote part of India and I have no way to fix these speakers and they're lying in my room in vain. Although the sound quality is very good, lack of service centres is an issue. A perfectly working speaker which cannot be used due to a design flaw.

Sir am using Obage products, bought DT series and St 777... all after watching your videos. Music quality as you expalined is very good, no to be said about that. But am facing issues on both of them. Technical issues i connected with the customer care, still when am paying money i want a system for long term not for 11 to 12 months. Is there a way to set the default input? I'm using this with Optical Cable and every time I turn speakers on and off it goes into default 'Line ' mode. I want it to be in Opt mode forever.

Everytime I look up obage products, I see issues with ICs and other problems within a few months of purchase being reported a lot. How reliable are these products? I don't want to keep going back and forth in the loop of repairs or re-purchases every few months. Also, why is the warranty just 6 months if they are really offering a quality product. I have come across brands with 5+ years warranty period. What do you guys think?

maine bhi Ht 144 khareeda tha ye so called unsponsored videos dekhke. Bass theek tha but halki halki buzzing sound aa rhi thi pure time so i returned it. baad me reviews padhe to pta lga kafi logo ka same issue tha. ye koi nhi batata video me

I bought obage dt31 speakers by seeing ur review,the sound quality was awsome,but it got damaged within 3 month of use,their service was drastic,even their technician admit that the wire quality was too poor...

@@princeprinceprinceprincepri they provide a third party service person to my home for zero service charge but had to pay for the parts .actually he said that the electronic parts used are of good quality,but the wires used were drastic.but I replaced the wires with quality one(bought myself).now after 1 year it's working ok,and the better sound clarity with decent bass(not very high,but above average) provided is absolutely a value for money.again clarity wise it's good.

Hi Mr. Vineet, I would like to thank you first for your reviews and opinions that you share through your informative video reviews. Through them only I purchased last year 'OBAGE DT-31 100 Watt Dual Tower home speaker system'. But, just after one year one one unit (right one) stopped working. And, when I asked them for the repair cost they are also charging me for courier fees of the defective part as well as technician charge. Whereas technician should get the part and I should not be charged with courier fees. Hope you also keep this aspect of these new companies in your reviews. So, buyers could take an informative decision.
