We started xtramath a week ago and my kiddo likes it :). Thanks for the tips. Homeschooling mom for my first year and got lots of good tips from you before we started. We use epic and education.com, typing.com and cursive writing app.

Thanks for the suggestion on Stories podcast. I used it today for the first time after school work while my daughter was playing with moon sand and I was doing my housework. She actually listened to the story and reiterated it back to me later. I was so happy that she actually listened and enjoyed it!

YES!! :) So happy your daughter liked it. My little guy is listening to it right now as he's playing with legos... hehe. :) We are always listening to something.

We do use Xtra Math! My eldest enjoys seeing her progress. Never heard of Trello would love a video showing how you use it. I'll have to check out abcya - sounded great. I'd also love to see your system for them earning screen time. Thanks!

Great question! We use the ipad unlimited for listening to stories and books. For actual screen time we do 10 min of xtra math and they can earn electronic time throughout the day. They can earn a max of 1 hour a week. They can trade in their electronics sticks for 10 mins of playing. They are not allowed to go on netflix or KZfaq. Just approved games we have on there.

I am not homeschooled but I want to be prepared for 5th grade because every summer for some reason I feel stupid I mean I'm pretty good at school it's just our school has a 2 star rating and I know there are a lot more schools ahead of us plus I have been to 4 schools I know this is long😂😂😂

Does stories podcast have a way of evaluating stories based on age appropriate content, so that I don't have to listen to the story before my children?

+Sarah Davi great question. I don’t think they do. I usually listen to them when the new one comes out and then I let the kiddos know if it’s something they can listen too. But that’s something I’ll submit to them to request. They are always asking for customer feedback.

No pictures and No demonstrations made this video totally pointless. Rabbling all features in programs/musicbooks or whatever you are referring to is totally worthless. I came here to find out about apps and see how they are used. You have me nothing of that.
