The title of this trip should be "SMASHING PB's" because thats what we did every day of this trip with ‪@780outdoors‬ fishing in northern Saskatchewan at Broken Arrow Lodge. This is day 3 & 4 of our adventure and is the best you could ask for!

So cool to capture the PBs on film so that a guy can relive it whenever he wants. You forget how powerful those fish are until they go on a run and there’s nothing you can do to stop it

That was awesome suspense, Trout chasing the hooks up as you give the play by play is great. I know how it is when reeling up and feeling those bumps from a Laker chasing the hook up, and its wicked! Well done guys! 🙌🏻👊🏻🎣🤩

Yep that old sled was just a purring the whole way! I love my auger its been abused pretty good over some trips and still cuts ice like a champ!

I'm sure you guys are running and gunning but I always drilled two 10 inch holes

Yes I jumped around a ton. The days we actually set up we had second transducer holes ect. But sometimes double 10s would make it easier to get the fish up. But at the same time with the amount of slush it mighta just complicated things even more

Do you just film off the go pro and if so how do you prevent battery freezing and dying in the cold?

Well a trip like this was a ton of battery packs. And usb chargers to keep us powered all day. Hence a few missed head cam shots from dead batteries as these ones needed to get changed out frequently. The rest was just ran on the usb power banks.
