The energy is be more stronger!! In this year i lost a lot of things and my house burned, i just lived the worst time of my life and i'm so thankful to be alive till now, so i have to be more stronger to move on and start a new life 🙏🏻😃

Hii amy 💕 Happy new year :-) i have a high expectations for this year, i want to do a lot of good things in this year, but the first of all i need more of Self-Care, since the 2020 a lot of things changed in my life, i was attacked by covid three time, that was so hard and painful, so i forget to care about myself completely, but now i want to start a new life with this new year, i want to follow my skincare and bodycare regularly, i want to go to the gym and enjoy every moment, life is too short and nothing deserve to be sad about, u want to be happy, i want to do a good things for myself and for people around me and hope this year brings to me all what i'm wishing for :-)💕

There’s a lot I want to do this year but mostly just fallow through the routines like washing my face brushing my teeth, yes I know that’s gross but sometimes I don’t feel like doing much if I’m going throw something. Just mentally be more strong in the things I want out of others and my self. Love your content and love the eye makeup you had on always as gorgeous. I hope you have a great year much blessings to you and everyone watching you.

Aah you read my mind! Basic self care is one of my top goals for this year. Wash my face 2x/day, brush teeth 2x/day, that kind of stuff is the first to go out the window when I am stressed and going through a lot. I am right there with you! Staying consistent definitely helps with my mental state.

The energy I’m trying to bring is doing things with intention and purpose. The more I put meaning behind what I’m doing, the more it drives me to get things done. I was diagnosed with DDD and it’s easy for me to loose myself. I was in a dark place and didn’t find purpose in anything. It was hard to dig myself out of this dark hole that I felt my mind was creating for myself. Before the new year I set some tiny goals for myself that I have been keeping. Reminding myself of what intention I have to doing each actions brings me purpose and helps me to feel connected to my work. So intention and purpose is what I’m bringing to the table! I wanna work on helping myself be better so I can be in a better place to help my love ones too 😊

Great round up Amy, I just finished the book Verity which was recommended to me by so many women. It's bananas. Also I recently discovered Kayali perfumes which was founded by Mona Kattan's sister so it's sold by Huda Beauty. Their musk kind of reminds me of Glossier You.

What i'm bringing for 2022 is health and wealth 🤞 i have hooded eyes and the space between my eyes and my brows are very short so whenever i put eyeshadow my eyes looks horrible maybe this nuface microcurrent machine will help me a lot to solve this, i really wish to have a one, but it is very difficult, because in terms of the currency of my country, this is very expensive 399 dollars equal 55500,50 dzd 🤐
