I love how Decapre is essentially a pallet swap of Cammy and yet ironically has one of the most interesting movesets in the game.

DecepticonMecha To be fair, she was being hyped up as being a completely new character, and what we got instead was a pallete swap with a different moveset but essentially the same fighting style as Cammy(visually, not gameplay-wise). Meanwhile, Fukua from Skullgirls was presented as an April Fools joke, and wasn't actually supposed to be a playable character from what I've heard, but apparently people liked her so much that they wanted her to actually be playable(again, from what I've heard). It all boils down to how you present these characters.

Viewtiful Z that's how Infiltration plays her, he runs away and makes his opponents chase him and when they start trying to hard to catch him that's when he turns it up and kills them.

I like how people didn't mind when Evil Ryu joined the SF4, but lost their shit when Decapre joined. I thought both were palette swap with different move pool.

Agreed, thought aparently I learned that people thought Decapre was gonna be a compleatly different char, so they didn't take the reveal so well lmao

Didn't help that it was the last Ultra character to be announced. There were so many theories and expectations, and a buggy Cammy clone didnt deliver. she's definitely a cool character though

Infiltration took Decapre to the next level. Her spot on the tier list was debated heavily up until Infiltration single handedly changed that.

Any tips for executing Decapre's spiral arrow move? Can't seem to do it as I have to jump while holding down/back to charge

Richard Lee jump hold back and press forward kicks. Think of it as a sonic boom you have to jump to do
