yes the reason why iPhone increases the brightness while viewing HDR VIDEO is bcz is to view TRUE HDR it need to ramp up display to 1000 nits that's , 13 pro and 14 pro display are capable of 1000 nits sustained one

Good explanation. However, would request you to slow down on the speed of commentary along with where in settings we need to follow you since, strangely, some of the command icons are either missing or located in another command profile. I use a 13 pro max 512MB IPhone where some of the command icons you showed here are either missing or could be elsewhere under a different profile. However, excellent tips and tricks for the commoner 👌
