Actually you guys eating the sushi in a wrong way.. The best way is dip your sushi into shoyu, lil' bit wasabi paste then you place the seafood part in your tounge when you ate it (it can elevate the freshness of the sushi)

there's another Tugu Hotel in my hometown in Malang, next time if you want to visit Bromo (it's already open now for locals and foreigners who has been staying quite sometimes in the country). anyway, The Tugu Hotel in Malang is known as a boutique hotel and it's like a mix between a hotel, museum and gallery. the owner is known to be an avid antique collectors so there are room where the beds used to be some King's/nobleman household. the cafe is also great, as well as the restaurant. Lara Jongrang restaurant in Jakarta is also a part of Tugu Hotel chain.
