I see Grandia, I approve. My fav JRPG ever. And Xenogears is really great, too. I wish they'd give it another go, but it won't happen.

im expecting to see : Suikoden 1 & 2 Xenogears wild arms 1 & 2 Chrono Trigger & Cross FF Series (6-9) + FFTactics Star Ocean 2 Breath of Fire IV Legend of Mana Legend of Legaia

justice for OG xenogears, its plot was waaay ahead of its time, its script was supposed to be the FF7, only deemed too dark and too anti christian. hence the story of Cloud that we all know too well, Tifa (fresh from Italy), Aerith and all other members took the spot as proxies. we need a remade full version of xenogears along with all the thicc plots of disc2!

My personal favorite rpg is Final fantasy 4. While it has aged, it set the template for what final fantasy would be for a decade, and it's basically the first "modern" final fantasy.

Man, we have many. I mean MANY awesome JRPGs in the '90. Let's say I'm obsessed with Suikoden, Valkyrie Profile and Xeno series just to name a few. I don't even know where to begin if I have to mention all of those great JRPGs by names. Breath of Fire series? Chrono series? The obscure Front Mission series? How about the gigantic Dragon Quest and Final Fantasy series? Parasite Eve? Wild Arms? The list could go on forever. 😂

Actually if you had an N64 there was a shortage of RPGs in general. Two Zelda games and Quest 64 was just about it.

How come Dragon Quest 3; or Dragon Warriors 3 as it once called, didn't make it to the list? Not only was the game still holding up remarkably well, but it's also an important factor of an RPG game that future games took notes from. More class system, the job system, new weapons like boomerang, whip & few others, an enhanced towns theme, an more story driven plot and so much more. U didn't put that in the list, but put Final Fantasy 8 there which; no offense, but that game is pretty dull and Dragon Quest 3 deserves to be on the list more than Final Fantasy 8.
