I miss doing that. I could do all of that. It was my drug back in the day. I got high off of doing that. I’m 46 now and my back, knees and ankles curse me daily for the abuse I put them through years ago. Sometimes I wish I should have just stuck with swimming! Lol Great job though. Your technique is spot on!

Awesome kicks, they look so artistic and perfectly executed, Paire this with boxing and you become the ultimate human weapon And don’t worry about ground game, it’s nearly impossible to get close to a guy with this level of skill

Now that's power, and clear leg training...I see a lot of people who do flip kicks and all that, all with skinny legs that might be able to break thin boards but nothing stronger...man all of your kicks look like they'd hit like a freight train. My feet are sweating just watching this lol. I'd love to properly learn taekwondo one day, though I don't know if that will be possible since I kinda have a bad knee that tends to pop out of place if I step a bit too funny, if I spin too quickly on my leg, or even if I just motion my leg in a non-traditional way, like doing a body roll while dancing. Crappy knee! :(
