Just one suggestion, you needed to highlight the differences in the burners, as they function quite differently and uniquely in terms of gas consumption, heat generation, heat distribution. Also, the ones with the centre plate prevent the centre of the tawa from becoming too hot and hence are good for dosas.

Due to excessive heat ,the brass burners last for a period of 2 to 3 years after continous usage.I have a KAFF hob type HBR 783B .When it became necessary to change the ring burners , the dealer offered astronomical price for the burners. When I asked for price list of spares from KAFF , my request faced a stoic silence .

When I buy gas hob I buy problem also Faber service charges is very cheap in Chennai Rs750 plus GST just Rs 2000 spares for ignition control which need to replace once in 3 months It is very intresting since the granite cut to Faber, I can buy only Faber We decided to buy new once in 2 years Service cost is 50 percent of new hob top

Feedback - I purchased Faber hob in 2022 (NCR location), burner became faulty in warranty period. Its burner is not available in India as per customer care. It took more than 1 month to provide new burner from Faber. Pathetic after sales service for parts. So don't buy Faber hob. Look for hob whose burners and other parts are available in India.

Which is the best cook top for indian cooking but auto ingnition …. … am using elica auto ignition and have a had a terrible experience with elica …. Could you suggest a cook top thats suitable for indian cooking and has even flame distribution …. Elica doesnt stand up to this its flame is too harsh and food gets burnt on slow flame . Hello Vineet Ji, Have gone thru your entire video and must appreciate your intrinsic analysis which is extremely helpful for us. I was using Faber Nexus HT603 3 Burner Hobtop and had an extremely Bad Service Experience. You are right by saying that they are responsive at all locations but they are just responsive but without resolution. I had to approach the Consumer Forum to get their Service Defect Corrected. Today they have replaced my Old 3 Burner Model with a Nexus HT604 Model. Hope the Product falls under ur good review category. Kindly help with the same. Regards and All the Best

@@CyberScene I have approached the Consumer Forum Platform Online with all the authentic Documents and after Lodging a Complaint dropped a Mail to Faber Team to which they immediately responded with solution and replaced my entire Unit...This New Unit was again with the Problem with Big Burner issue which they replaced again

Your reviews are astonishingly accurate which show how much study you have put in them. About Glen, you are right. They charge travelling and also overnight hotel charges for their technician. I had purchased their 5 burner cooktop for which I was asked this amount. The other option they gave was for me to pack the cooktop and send it to their service centre.

Sir, I don't recommend Glen. I hv purchased earlier a four burner stove in toughed glass ,with auto ignition. In the beginning, it worked very well thrilling my family with it's fine blue flames. But the auto ignition stopped working within seven months of purchase. The battery was ok. But some other thing went defective. I then used lighter. Later each burner become oval shaped ,I think because of weak forging quality. I experienced imbalanced flames from the defective burners. In the last stage, the flame turned off itself in each 5 minutes of usage. I then said goodbye to that . now I'm using a new 2 burner stove of another indian brand. After this incident I changed my mind from buying 4 burner, autoignited stoves.

I would like your suggestion on Kaff and Gilma hobs, im using gilma cook top with auto ignition, from past 15 years, and till now not one complaint, recently one of the burner had to be replaced, unfortunately, they similar type burner is not available. So i was hoping Gilma hobs would have the similar build quality, please show some light with ur review. Thanks

many people are writing complaints that glass top broke into pieces within 3 months, one burner not working, knobs are tight, auto ignition keeps on clicking or doesn't work etc. Even prestige and blow hot brands if you read amazone user reviews, this is very common complaint.
