Bahute badhiya video. Apane bola ki HDHMR/HDF ki screw holding capacity kam hai. Kitchen shutter par to cabinate aur handles lagate hai screw karake. Fir usaka problem nahi hoga kya? Kyun ki shutter pakadake hi khicha jata hai.

Jo handle screw hota he vo peeche se lagaya jata he aar par...to usme shutter ki screw holding capacity nahi balki handle ki screw holding capacity se farak padega Or aajkal mostly profile section handles use ho rahe ...he that dont need shutter to have high density 89499962806 for further clarity

Go for granite slabs kitchen for outside cup board and go for ply for the shutters. I have decided on this finally since any type of wood tend to have some issue or other in long term. Rajasthan workers know how to build granite kitchen or search in KZfaq.

How do I know in modular kitchen ( factory made) what quality of ply gets used.. and whether 710 is used or not.. because it's made in factory and I don't get transparency.

Reputation of the brand can only be the proof. Bcoz even if you buy plywood, and just seeing 710 written cant be a proof that phenole is used...I.e. it followed norms of IS 710..so even if you take readymade shutters..its the brand reputation that can give you assurance....similar to raw plywood.

One side you are saying water proof ply and termite proof ply ...but hdhmr mein aap water resistant and termite resistant bol rhe h.... Yhi to main difference hai ...is hisab se Ply is good... Bcz hdhmr is water resistant and termite resistant not "PROOF"

you r totally wrong 1. you said hdf or hdhmr these are not 1 product hdf is high density fiber and hdhmr means high density high moisture resistance fiber 2. if you take a water bowl and dip hdhmr in one bowl and dip a ply board in second bowl you will automatically see that hdhmr is more water resistance then plyboard. 3. if you talk about screw holding. hdhmr screw holding capacity much more higher then hdf

plywood and plyboard is same...plywood and block board are two different material. for kitchen shutter use plywood...for wardrobe u may go for blockboard as height is more plywood may bend..but in kitchen height is less so no issuenof bending....strngth wise plywood is better
