I'm excited to watch these movies! I would put The Man From No Where on this list, but I guess its not really a gangster movie, but more a movie that has gangsters in it. It's one of my favorite movies of all time.

IMO, New World is No. 1. I have watched it about 10 times. The plot, characters, acting, cinematography...everything was perfect.

I specifically love the part near the end of the film when he entered the conference room as the new gang leader. That was so satisfying. From time to time, i'd still find & rewatch that part.

New world is n.1 for me. There have been so many movies with secret identities but no movie has this intense atmosphere were I can get under the protagonist’s skin and feel what he felt. truly great cinematography. recommended.

i watched namsless gangster and the outlaws and i was really impressed by this two movies ! i highly recommend this in addition to this movie 1987 which was not mentioned in the video this 3 movies are on the top 3 of my favorit korean movie list .

I want to lee minho to act more in these types of roles, for sure he's good in acting, but he only acts in rom com cliches including rich, annyoing brat which kinda sucks cuz it really dampen his acting skills

I absolutely loved new world. The aesthetic of the gang uniform with the badge gives me the vibe from the yakuza game series, which I infatuated with. The plot almost felt like a game of thrones mafia and the characters were likeable as well. I'm still waiting for the sequel yet to be announced and hopefully they will reconsider making a prequel.

The Outlaws sucked so bad, I couldnt even watch half of it. Stupid movie for stupid people. 3 guys come in and take over 2 powerful gangs within a few days. So dumb. The antagonist looks like a karaoke jockey, and all that violence does not make up for lack of substance.

Dudeeeeeee, I respect you a lottttt, because #1 #2 #3 list is my favorite gangster movie too, and I had a hard time to choose between New World and Nameless Gangster, even in the end I choose New World is #1.. Never found someone who has the same list as my personal list too about korean gangster movie, the only my favorite korean movies genre too.. such a honor to subscribe in a long time :D

As street kid/latchkey kid. I love dirty carnival. I remember having to help my step dad bring up my little sisters in my last year of highschool. Did some wild shit that year and I loved that about the main character. How he tries to keep his brother out of the streets. Amazing.
