The Cosrx Snail Mucin Essence and Cream are simply my holy grails this year. I damaged my skin barrier a couple of months ago, just used the Essence and All In One Cream religiously for two weeks, not only did it repair my barrier, my skin looks so so sooo healthy and hydrated!

Note: Beauty of Joseon is a great brand. But the sunscreen is not water/sweat proof so be careful if you live in a hot climate area especially summer season it will not protect you enough. Skin cancer is real. Edit: But it is great if you are working from home or indoors most of the time.

I started using COSRX products in 2020 because of you and I am SO GRATEFUL to you for this! The snail mucin cream is an absolute staple in my skincare as well as the aloe sunscreen. I just got a massive K beauty haul! I am really loving BOJ as well as Im from. I used the entire honey line last night before bed and could not believe how fabulous my skin looked and felt this morning. Redness was gone and it just was so silky and smooth. Discovering stylevana has truly change the game for me.

I think I can write paragraph after paragraph about Cosrx cream and essence. The essence has improved my skin so much in a short span that I'm forever going to have them in my shelf.

I use several of these products and I cannot say how much I love Korean skin care. I grew up with cystic acne and now in my early twenties I only get one pimple around my period but otherwise my skin is very clear. I get a lot of comments and compliments, a good skincare routine can really change things for your skin.

When i used cosrx snail essence then the snail cream sealed with aveeno eczema theraphy daily moisturizing cream i woke up with normal skin and baby soft to the touch. I always had oily combination and extremely dehydrated which always felt tight. I just couldn't believe something can do wonders overnight. Just wanted to share incase you feel cosrx is not moisturizing enough.

Omg I love your content James, and I'm so glad you actually mentioned how to pronounce Skin1004!! You were soooo close on the pronunciation, Skin1004 is pronounced "chun-sah" (chun as in sun)! This is a play on words that came up when pagers were trendy in Korea because the number 1004 is pronounced exactly the same as the word Angel!! So when girls paged their boyfriends, they would write "8282 1004" (8282 = Ppall-ee ppall-ee which means hurry hurry) to indicate that their girlfriends (or, "Angels") urgently needed them to call them!

The snail mucin all in one cream is amazing for my oily skin. Plus the dual essence. My skin absolutely loves them both.

The Cosrx snail mucin is really lovely! It's soothing to the skin, and for me the texture is therapeutic in a strange way.

BoJ sunscreen is unreal - feels almost like a moisturiser. Some By Mi AHA BHA PHA toner can sting the sensitive skin a bit as it contains tea tree oil so not my favourite. Other than that, love everything else you've mentioned 💚

Initially I was put off by the gloopyness of the COSrx All in one cream. But.. when you apply it, it is totally different, really light and easy to apply and spreads and absorbs really well. I love this as my morning moisturiser as it is super hydrating also applying it with anti-oxidants. I have never actually tried any of the Beauty of Joseon products something to consider in the new year perhaps.

I really appreciate these videos and the fact you see the favourites returning year on year. It means you're being honest with your reviews, rather than looking for new fads/ranges to recommend for the sake of it.

I started using k brands this year. I've not tried any on your list. Was keen on the CORSX snail mucin essence but I was worried about the animal cruelty side of things so I'm glad you've cleared that up and I might try it next. I currently use the CORSX Galactimyces 95 tone balancing essence and I looooove it! My skin is quite hydrated now and so soft (combination of changing up a few things in my skincare) so, it mighy be hard to swap it out! I also love love love the klairs rich moist soothing cream which I use as a morning moisturizer. Again, so rich and creamy and my skin just feels like a pillow. The other thing I quite like is the Bulgaria rose eye patches by heimish which I use on mornings where I've maybe not slept enough and helps to reduce puffiness in my eyes. I'm definitely a k beauty gal now, their products just really work and are affordable. wish this stuff was around when I was in my 20s!

The 96 essence is crazy & we use it in my house for all manner of things now. Hubby gets super dry patches on his cheeks & it's the only thing that helps & in a matter of days! It's the ONLY thing that helps my nose & upper lip from extreme dryness & cracking when I've got a cold. Incredible product

Thank you James!! You are the reason I found the best moisturiser for my oily acne prone skin!! Everything about all in one moisturiser is best. Instantly my skin feels calm, healthy. Best best best! The cosrx essence one, I don’t like it that much. I use both, essence one just hydrates the skin, no visible results. But moisturiser one is instant effect. I use it all year, winter, hot summer mostly all the night.

I LOVE Skin1004. Their regular Madagascar centella line is so incredible. I love the toner, ampoule and the soothing cream. If my skin is super sensitive and irritated, it’s my go to. 🌿

That CosRx snail mucin essence is the newest member of my holy grail products. It has done wonders for my sensitive acne prone skin! And I just ordered the BoJ sunscreen!

Have you tried the Frudia moisturizers though?!! The yellow one instantly made me look better but the green avocado one… eventually I noticed my face change. My huge eye bags flattened more than I’d ever seen. My forehead notably plumper like I’d had filler, so fun to poke. It. Transformed. I wasn’t sure what did it so I eliminated this and that and found it was the avocado cream. I thought I could get the same results just incorporating avocado oil into my routine but never finished testing that because the process was annoying and not pleasurable - the Frudia feels and looks so nice, the jar is nice, just love both of them moisturizers.

The Snail mucin serum and cream is just amazing. I have super dry skin and I also have eczema, and whenever I get an eczema patch, I put the Snail products on it and it helps sooo much 🙌🙌🙌

I also love stick sunscreens, been using them and they fix anywhere, glides on the skin.

Not sure why I was expecting new products 😅 when I see Cosrx snail essence I was like there's no way you just discovered it in 2022 😂

Thanks for the 2022 recap. Those are some great products. I pat in the BoJ Ginseng essence, then mix some more if it with the Cosrx snail essence and pat that in before my moisturizer. It feels just like a serum. My skin is improving so quickly since adding these two products.

Though at winter they didn't give me enough hydration... but for summer it's a holy grail product for me .. my pores are less visible than before & skin texture became much softer 🤍

I LOVE love love love the snail mucin essence and use it everyday but the moisturizer sadly was a bit of miss for me - it wasn’t moisturizing enough and had a bit of a powdery (don’t really know how to describe it better) finish and feeling when i tried to apply a second coat. But i hate wasting products so i use it on my body, on damp skin right after getting out of the shower and it’s really nice. Love the video James, as usual 💗

I just got the Mizon all in one snail repair cream. I chose it over CosRX because from what I researched it seems lighter and less sticky. For those who have tried both which do you prefer? I’m in my mid 30s with textured, combo, acne prone skin. I don’t have cystic vand or a lot of it but usually a few spots and never totally clear skin. My acne is getting better over time but I suffer a lot of scarring.

You've been raving about that COSRX Snail Dual Essence for a while now but I avoid over using Niacinamide in my routine because I'm sensitive to it, so when I found that COSRX made a niacinamide free version of it, I jumped at the opportunity earlier this year, and used one of your codes to buy a whole bunch. It's been a staple in my night routine and my combo skin loves it.

I would like to emphasise that in order to produce snail mucin, the snails need to be put through something that they feel like is damaging for them, and that's why the secration happens. The mesh has to be bumpy enough for it to feel somewhat threatening. Also, the snails can only go through this process 3-4 times in their lives because it exhausts their bodies at some point. After that they're killed for the food industry.

I think,when you are applying the esence you should be careful not to strech the skin in the corner of the eye.As far as i know,i it's best to place the oposite hand from above the heas,holding gently from corner of brow up, it's really more from the temple,then you can do that movement on the undereye área,and skin will stay more in place ⭐✨
