Thanks for sharing Mike. Same stuff i use. Great quality but for kids stickers , i feel like it’s overkill. 😅

I mat have another a bit thicker media option for you Mike... I have been using it for a while... Works really well.. My results in testing has been fabulous with this material. Just let me know if you want to try. The only drawback is that you have to cut the 60" roll down yourself.. I use it and i cut it down myself.. Both vinyl and laminate is 3.4mil. The plus side on the laminate is that you can print on it and laminate it as well... So now you have clear stickers to a certain extent.

Great tip. I've been thinking about maybe getting a BN-20 or the newer model, but the 20" roll size has always been a deterrent for me. Now that I know where you get material from, I'm thinking of definitely making a purchase. Thanks for sharing, Mike.

so awesome seeing you grow since i subscribed mike! I can only afford to start with epson ecotanks now. Did your ecosolvent clog the ecotank printer at all those times? Forgot if I asked you before

. Do you need laminate over regular car stickers (not decal) ? I just want to make regular car stickers. I might go with the cricut vinyl but don’t know if I need to laminate it for extra protection. Trying to save money and time. Thanks

I laminate everything unless it’s a one time use item like a product label.

Awesome thanks for this! I was wondering how or what do you use to laminate stickers or labels when printing with Epson 6500?

No lamination for the labels on the Epson printer. I use gloss paper labels for taco labels & bag labels. For resistant labels I use BOPP material. Since labels are usually throw away items you don’t need laminate. For customers wanting something more permanent or laminated I just use the Roland BN20a.
