I have Lumax 3 in 1 in low beam projector. This is really good for both normal driving with white and blue light as well as really great as yellow fog lamp. Becaus it is 3 in 1, with LED fog lamp. It makes is best choice. Even in normal driving, yellow light works really good.

You should change both. Different colour temperature in high and low bean would not look good

Led reflective light fails at night when raining. During rain, you can't see anything. Halogen is far better in that situation.
