For cargo warehouses, ideally you want five large warehouses as close together as possible. This allows you to passively source crates five times from warehouse staff, and also reduces travel time between warehouses to source crates. With that in mind, you want these five: - Darnell Bros - Logistics Depot - Wholesale Furniture - Cypress Warehouse - Walker & Sons Then as you play, you source crates every 48 min until the warehouses are full, hold your stock until a 2x$ crate week comes, and sell it all. $4.44m per large warehouse without a high demand bonus. Mind you, this is the most expensive business to optimally set up and takes the longest to make you a profit, so I only recommend getting into cargo warehouses if you intend to play this game for a very long time and you're very committed to doing this passive sourcing on a regular basis. Also, wait for a sale week when these warehouses are on sale too, given how expensive they are. Now is a sale week, for example.

The best Agency is Vespucci Canals. Its on the corner of a major road and close to a freeway. The entrance is right off the road. So you can get in super fast. The best facility is Route 68 Facility, other than a central location, its the ONLY facility that you can spawn an aircraft right next to the facility. I bought all the facilities to test that theory. The best hanger is the military base. No stars when flying over. Easier to get in and out of compared to the long distance of LSIA.

Videogeddon in La Mesa is the best for the Arcade. It’s quite easy to reach the casino and also do prep missions. The only downside about it is the accessibility to your garage. Other than that it’s the best option.

I have the Del Perro nightclub and having very easy access to the highway is great for sale missions as the delivery vehicle spawns facing the on ramp.

Also I really like ky Vespucci Beach Agency. Love the view of rhe park and my mid level apartment and gettinf access to the police helicopter right across the street

I actually love lombank office. It’s soo chill no one’s ever standing right outside of it or on the roof. Can even get on roof and easily parachute onto the beach to spawn aircraft. Even tho admittedly from strictly ceo crate warehouse work it isn’t the best location.

I just had switched from the Arcadius Business center to Maze Bank Tower because it’s more convenient for me and when I load into a lobby I spawn on my Yacht and so that’s just outside of Mount Gordo so I typically fly in and I call a vehicle from my assistant I find when doing Ceo Crates it’s easier from Maze Bank because I can go any direction and I’m already at the top so it’s typically a straight shot. My NightClub and my Agency are within a block from each other and are right off the highway so that’s more convenient for me. My arcade is a few blocks away from my nightclub. I have often considered changing my Arcade and my nightclub but I really like my nightclub location and it never served me wrong. My facility is on Rte 68 and is right across from my MC Clubhouse and my hangar is in Zancoudo with my bunker being the Farmhouse bunker all my MC businesses are in the sandy shores area with my doc forgery being up in grape seed with my pot business being right off the highway. As with my MC businesses I like my clubhouse to be central to all my businesses and it’s the same way with my CEO Office with my Crate warehouses and my import export warehouse as well so it works out pretty good on all sides in my opinion. My auto shop I have looked at moving but it’s not really pressing it’s right off the highway and I personally like the location good video

There's an issue with CEO creates that is that they get raided and sometimes you don't get notified. a way to avoid this is use a 2nd character to do creates as you share the same bank account that way you can have a stock of creates thank to the warehouse staff doing the work for you and you can still play with your main character without raids happening.

I like the arcade by Grove St. Because you can get a vehicle warehouse in the same building

People have to consider how you use the business instead of how high or low the price is. For example with the ceo office, while you have more protection and easier access to the arcadius, Maze bank is ideal for grinding crates and exporting goods because of how high the building is and if you exit with a chopper, you don't have to gain altitude as you already have the height to move to your warehouse. Plus it is more central. As a person who had maze bank west, it took so long to even get to my warehouses. Even with the bunker, farmhouse is best as it is more central, it us off the highway, and it is closest to the city. Just because paleto is cheaper doesn't mean it's better (like my guy why are you recommending it??) Sorry for the rant and to anyone that had to read this but I'm tired of people recommending businesses in terrible places because it is cheaper than actual places in great areas that cost more. So please, save up money to buy better locations instead of buying bad locations right off the bat because you will save way more money than you think

Of all of the offices I think Lombard West has the best views, with the office view being very nice on of the beach, which annoying the level 1 of the office garage has the best view of the beach compared to the office

why do you need it closer to beach? Wish'd you put more thought on the business missions and compare the location based on that.

Maze bank tower is for big dogs. Any other office imo is to low i looking over the city watching other players from high up. The million appartment at eclispe tower also has one of the best views of the city.

Maze Bank Tower has an advantage with selling the mixed goods. You can simply skydive to each large warehouse.

Doesn't matter what location you are for the agencies all locations are pretty easy to work from if you don't have a lot of money I would get the cheapest one because it doesn't really matter

I like having both locations. My first character has the downtown vinewood area and mu second character has the grapeseed / sandy shores area. If I had a third character Id get all my businesses into the Davis/El Burro Heights Area but tbh i dont like that section. To cramped.

The only property that makes sense to keep together is your crate properties as far as any other business except for a couple bunker businesses they're all fine to work from to get to know where you're at you'll figure it out but it's some of the bunkers that are all the way on the other side of the world I don't want to stay away from them sometimes

Maze bank west is already free with criminal enterprise pack and it is better for grinding I also bought terrorbyte to source cargo quickly Currently i am focusing more on special cargo because of 2x money

one thing though.. the clubhouse does nothing for your nightclub.. it's the bussineses you buy through your clubhouse that generate money for your nightclub... That's why the clubhouses are cheap

The whole point of grinding GTA online is getting rich and flex so I bought the maze bank ceo office coz I wanted an office in the tallest building of GTA with all the upgrades and cash all over the floor. I love flexing it to my friends and new players😁

I tried the farmhouse bunker on my second character. Completely regretted it. Your car spawns on the other side of the highway. Had to go back to chumash.

For MC businesses, the best locations are the cheapest coke, meth, and cash places in the Grand Senora Desert area. However, you only want them to link to the nightclub, not to sell from them. MC businesses only need to be turned on to produce nightclub stock. They don't need to be resupplied or upgraded or anything. Weed and doc forgery aren't worth linking to the nightclub, so no real reason to buy them.

Chumash Bunker is the best. All weapon deliveries are easy to master as a solo player, as long as you don't get 3 vehicles. If you get 2 trailers, completing is still very easy
