Charge pipes are a MUST if you're planning on tuning your Mini Cooper and upping the boost levels. Especially on the Mini Cooper F56 platform, they're prone to breaking, cracking and leaking.
One of my favorite features about the MMR Performance charge pipes is that MMR thought through the design of the pipes and add a water or methanol bung for installing either, which is super common within the Mini Cooper F56 tuning community.

Hi. Did you fit this with an aftermarket intercooler? I have a fit problem where the alignment between intercooler clashes with a bolt.

@@MichaelBertini Your gonna love my F60 JCW it’s a rare manual model, right now I only done a full Remus exhaust but I want to tune it to about 300-320hp. I think I need the downpipe , charge pipe , intercooler and the intake hose for that.. I’m not quite sure what Intake to choose because the countryman doesn’t have a scoop so a eventuri is out of the question but I don’t want to soak more heat in.

Hey Michael, I’m wondering which pipe is the actual charge pipe? I know one of these is the charge pipe and one is the intake pipe. People are always mentioning that the charge pipe tends to fail when adding extra boost ex. Tuning. Would appreciate an answer as I can’t find this anywhere! Thanks

after turbo (pressurized air) is charge pipe. before turbo is intake pipe

The blatini family - loads of bla - soaking screws 😂😂😂 - use some rust remover that actually does something… metal,doesn’t “soak” it’s solid, the only thing that can soak is the rust which you could take of with a wire brush. Or just get new screws, cause the sink coating is gone anyway, so they will be back to rusty in no time…

I thought this was going to cover multiple brands, not just 1 brand. a pipe is a pipe, so any reputable brand makes a good pipe...yes? in case I don't want to go down the MMR road.

Not exactly. But I understand where you’re coming from. Pipe fitment and quality is different depending on the manufacturer. There is only one other brand I would recommend, but I’m not sure if they’re still selling them, and that’s Forge Motorsport.
