Friends is an American television sitcom created by David Crane and Marta Kauffman, which aired on NBC from September 22, 1994, to May 6, 2004, lasting ten seasons. With an ensemble cast starring Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer, the show revolves around six friends in their 20s and 30s who live in Manhattan, New York City. The series was produced by Bright/Kauffman/Crane Productions, in association with Warner Bros. Television. The original executive producers were Kevin S. Bright, Kauffman, and Crane.

At the end of the show, he was the most mature BY FAR. Pacient Honest Assertive Discerning and ofc, loving and charming. I just love how they made mature my boy Chandler

Great answer,so glad the writers realized the amazing chemistry between Courtney and Matt, originally they were going to have them break up after about 8 episodes as the characters decided it would ruin there friendship

I would actually say the best thing he did for both of them was comfort Monica at Ross's engagement party, that got her to go to his room, I know she was looking for Joey but he was there and she helped him be a better person and he helped her as well and together they became a loving and beautiful couple.

Chandler and Monica becoming a couple was such a great idea. By that time in the series, I still liked it but wasn't watching every ep like I used to. But then as soon as those two got together in London, the whole dynamic of the show changed and gave everything new energy. Also, at 13:04: I know Chandler didn't think he had a particular pull on women, but what woman wouldn't just melt at that face, nawwwwww. Thanks for all your great work, Matthew!

I will forever be grateful for all the laughter and tears this cast and show give me. It deserved all the success it got. They were all masters of physical humour and comedic timing, especially Matthew Perry. Between what was on the page and how he brought Chandler to life, I fell in love. My first crush. I wanted my own Chandler when I grew up and I got mine. I'm so sorry for all the anxiety and depression you suffered from. The price you paid for fame and to entertain us all... Wherever you are now, I hope you can feel it. I hope you can feel all our grief and adoration, our appreciation and love. Thank you so much. We were so lucky.

It's been like three weeks since he passed, why am I still crying when I see Matthew Perry in these? I did not know him personally. I did grow up with the show, but..I don't understand why his passing hit me so hard.

It's hitting lots of people really hard. I remember watching the first episode in 1994, and followed the show til the end. At least Matthew got to attend their reunion. More importantly, he wrote his book, and turned his Malibu house into a recovery center. 54 is way too young though. RIP Matthew Perry 💔🙏

He certainly didn't like her the first time he met her. They showed in a flashback scene of when they met. Monica was still fat, so Chandler was not impressed at all.
