4:20 This lock is for front brake leaver along with accelerator. Purpose is to jam the front wheel as well as engine acceleration , which ensures the vehicle's stationary position. This lock was firstly introduced for scooties. (in scottie there is rear brake instead of clutch lever (position), so it can jam at least rear wheel and work as parking brake also as there is no gearbox in most of the scooties. But it is not exactly 100 % usage because engine acceleration can be used. So company changed the advertisement to right grip of handle. } . Clutch wire can be dislocated easily (specially in 70). There is alan key screws on it to tighten it up according to the bike grip. . Note Its just for knowledge not for criticism.
