Regular Guy Mountain Biking is made up of a great group of folks that enjoy the sport of mountain biking. The crew has a mix of skill levels and we all are very down to earth. As a good friend in the group always says, “We start together and we end together”.
Other than planning out rides and trying to get more people involved in the sport we create videos generally based on mountain biking. Some of these videos are product reviews and some are basic tips and tricks.

Great vid thanks. I've been using Holly Rollers 26x2.4 for years. So durable & versatile. I'm currently using my custom build with HR on it as a beach bike with the dog (I can't quite justify a fat bike!). I'm going to change from 2.5 cm rims to carbon 3.5 cm rims to primarily give a sightly better tire contact patch on the ground + go to tubless so that I can run at lower PSI at the beach. Thanks again.

I like those, they are similar to Kenda K-RAD tires. I like the Duro BermMasters!! The sidewall is a little stronger, which is awesome for berms and the tread is a little bit more aggressive. Other then that they are pretty much the same. Great video though!!! Live-Life-Loud!!

Maxxis Max Daddy - That's another good tire, as the centre lugs are all butted up against each other it roll well when pumped up, and clear mud well too.

Holy Rollers are by far the best street freestyle, hard compact trail, all around urban tires on the market. I am replacing my 2010 set this year. I have abused the life out of these things. I am giving my current set to a nephew. I can only imagine the mileage I have on these things, Great vid. New subscriber!!!

I have these and actually for an all terrain tire they really shine! Granted i dun do advanced trails but for road, light trails, etc i really can't say i've ridden a better tire!

I almost bought a set of Holy Rollers for my mongoose XR Pro but I went with the Max's hookworm now these are 2.5 and I think I've got like a 1/8 clearance maybe even less but what I like to know is are these tires made with Kevlar and do they hum when you ride the bike because the hookworms grab the road is sort of sticky and sometimes they roll good sometimes they don't and yes I've got mine pumped up to 42 LB 2 50 lb

They are pretty sweet but like in this video, make sure they will fit your frame! I was pretty nervous for a few minutes there HAHAHAHA!

THE WEEKEND WARRIOR I love Maxxis too. My son's name is "Maxxus". Funny I had decided on naming him "Maximus", but then one day while cleaning my bike I was rubbing down my tires and I was staring right at the name on the sidewall and then the proverbial light bulb switched on 💡

I have been using the Holy Rollers on my DJ/Hooligan bike and they are awesome. Shame they don't make them in other sizes, EXO, TR, etc..

Just 60 psi with tubes. anything less and a bad curb hit ends my day. But keep in mind I'm a clydesdale

I really like how this build is coming out, Gene! Really cool, man. These are, like you show and mention in the video, the Holy Rollers, but your video is titled High Roller tires, which is another tire by Maxxis. If you have the chance, I'd recommend that you correct that title ;) Cheers, Gene!

I think these would do ok, But for gravel you should get some tires with some bigger knobs than on the holy rollers.

I’m not sure man. For street I’ve always used these or hook worms. I know they’re not cheap but they work great!

Maybe. Depends on if the frame has enough clearance to fit the tire. I know it was a close call for me on this bike.

I pump up mine to 65 psi... I am kinda afraid that I might crack the rim, as I did many times with tubeless. Also I like how drifty and responsive to steering the bike becomes...

whoa i run 45/55 front/rear and they are already awesome on roads/pavements but i can see a bigger/heavier rider preferring higher pressures i guess?

Sorry I have those in 26 they are slow as can be on the street and the low is 35lbs high is 65lbs according to what's on mine. But needless to say I'm throwing mine in the trash asap.

Just tried a pair of Holly Rollers today and I agree that they are slow on the street. That's WITH 60psi too. I'm gonna try 70psi but I also ordered some Haro Joe Dirt Tires.
