I prefer Hallandale Beach Florida beautiful city good beaches and restaurants and growing businesses and communities and a good nightlife.

born and raised in Gulf Gate...left for GA for a number of years...but back, in, yes you guessed it, Gulf Gate...every single ammenity anyone could want, dining galore AND minutes from the key

Gillespie Park and Laurel Park have alley ways with rear entry into the homes/lots.

We are deciding between Naples and Sarasota but we definitely looking into landscaping areas, like able to find 2-5 acres to build a new house to raise animals and stay away from busy traffics etc..

Area is beautiful and enjoy your channel. You do a good presentation and provide helpful information. We are snowbirds and the villa townhouse appeals to us over condos. These prices are high, understand why. Any Communities in $300’s range for townhomes? Tks

On Siesta Key, starting at point of rocks road south, goes under water when the gulf has a hurricane. You have public beach access but the hotel owners have lobbied and have blocked all public parking close to the access points.

Gulf Gate is deed restricted and AirBnb is not allowed, they do enforce that , which makes it desirable for people who live there. The gulf date retail area is a gem.

Neighborhoods you mentioned here such as Bayfront, southside is nice, but it is located in flood zone and homeowner insurance is very high, another the school district there is not the best in town, the area with best school district and not in the flood zone is Palmer Ranch area in Sarasota, we live there.

The downtown area is amazing. Many people love that area. It is a mix of classic older neighborhoods and also lots of condo's. It is pricey but worth it for so many.

Please learn the local entities names if you're trying to sell the town, it's Mote Marine, not Marina... One is not like the other.

North Port is a much quieter town than Sarasota and affordable. Smaller homes and it feels a bit more local in nature.
