What are the $ premiums for the 60 lots? (Approximately) Thanks

Hi, thank you for watching! There isn't a set dollar amount for lot premiums, it will depend on the lot location and how desirable it is as well as builder. The range will be anywhere from $60k - over a $100k. Currently ICI is the only builder offering 60' lots. David Weekley has 40', 50' and 70' lots. Hi! I really enjoyed your videos! You do a great job! I found you Becasue my son and his girlfriend want to relocate to Jacksonville from Kansas. They currently have an apartment in a cute college town called Lawrence. They would be starting a fresh life, with only in their pockets. They are both good kids with good work ethic so finding jobs won’t be hard for them. My question is how do they rent an apartment with no jobs? Is this possible? I want them to be safe. I live in Citrus county a few hours away. Thank you so much for your help!!!!

I have a couple questions, but will call soon. We’re stationed in Japan but my husband will be retiring 2025. Who are the builders for this community and how long is the build process from paperwork to completion of home? How far is the AF base from this area? Thanks

The builders for this community are ICI Homes and David Weekley. Awesome! My cousin is stationed in Japan right now in Okinawa with the AF. Mayport base is a 25 minute drive from this community and NAS Jax base is a 20 minute drive from this community. The build times are about 8-10 months from dirt depending on size of the home. The best properties are the 60 and 70 lots on the big lakes. Get 150 ft long lots. Big back yards. Can't find that anywhere.
