Yes, but it's a hassle and then you'd need to raise it afterwards for the next host. Putting short people on boxes is something of a tradition in the film & TV industry.

I wish all weather forecasters dressed like that. One of my pet peeves is weather forecasters who stand in front of the weather maps and charts. I want to see the maps and charts, not the weather person.
