Don’t want to be a killjoy cos I love banger racing,but how come crowds are allowed ? Thought we were social distancing ?

When the lock down was lifted or under tier 2 control, crowds limited to 2k or 1/4 of the stadiums capacity (which either was lowest) could operate with covid restrictions put in place around the stadium.
