it's a shame that arena shooters are niche nowadays, they're one of the best genres of fps

I love quake 3/live I'm a big tf2 fan so it's kinda like tf2 without classes and the team work it's just happy fraging

@ :) Since I also play both games, yes, you can not really compare tf2 with quake. Quake 3 has one of the best movement mechanics out there. TF2 is nice but way more clunky and graphics driven. Kinda funny since TF originally was a quake mod, later valve made tfc on their HL engine, we also got Q3F (which was kinda bad but still fun) and finally TF2 which perfected the genre but moved away quite a bit from it's origins.

​@nighthawkgamer2 Remember though in terms of ql skill: tdm(includes duel)>ctf(also Sacrifice) >clan arena(vanilla)>clan arena vampiric(THIS video)>ffa. Having fun is primary ofc, but in terms of juggling different game factors, coping with punishing game variables, etc. I stand by the above sentence.

hi, just pick the game and ask for refund if you don't like. you can begin with FFA gametype, most people are not very good there.

make sure you get quake live, quake 3 is basically dead. and yeah there is a very very high skill floor

hello, i forgot exactly where it was, but is normal settings you can find something like bright skin in green. you will need to change enemy model and color, it is easy to find as far as i remember in the game
