The exhaust sounds coming from the S85 5.0 N/A V10 is just phenomenal. In the past years, I have filmed many of them on the road. So I've decited to make a video compilation of the best M5 V10 and put them together in one video! Enjoy the video.

This was based on the 3.0L v10 p84/85 F1 engine when BMW still was in F1. The good old days of good sound f1 is long gone though.

I am assuming that you are talking about the 6.2 v8 in the merc at the time? Spoiler the merc wins (unfortunately) due to torque, and not slipping so much off the line.

150,000 miles with original rod bearing on mine still going strong

@@The_North0 Yup, i take mine E63 M6 to regular yearly maintence. It currently has 230k km on it. Had it for over 8 years now, never had major issues. All that matters is proper maintenence and give it time to warm up, but not everyone does that, so they break.

Probably the best sounding car an average someone could reasonably afford. Until the engine blows up as they were prone to doing. Then you’re fucked.
